X1otc.com Deposit and withdrawal minimums and fees

Disclaimers:

• Deposits and withdrawals in crypto sent to the wrong address are not recoverable!
• Fees are subtracted from the total transaction amount. Example: If you withdraw 10 UNI, X1otc.com will collect a fee of 2.5 UNI. The final amount X1otc.com will send to you will be 7.5 UNI. Fiat fees work the same way. The final amount you receive may be subject to additional fees at the receiving end (e.g. deposit fees on another crypto exchange or bank fees for incoming payments).
• Personal deposit and withdrawal maximums depend on your KYC status. For compliance purposes, X1otc.com may contact you for additional information before approving a transaction.
• The name on the bank account you are depositing from or withdrawing to must match the verified name on your X1otc.com account.
• If you fail to enter the payment description with your account number, it may take us longer to process your transaction. We may charge requests to recover an improperly described transaction an additional EUR 25.
• Processing time - 1-5 business days.
• Personal deposit and withdrawal limits depend on your KYC status. For compliance purposes, X1otc.com may contact you for additional information before approving a transaction, regardless of the limits stated here. 
• Limits are calculated separately for cryptocurrencies, fiat currencies, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Daily limits count the last 24 hours of activity.
• Monthly limits count the last 30 days of activity.

Verification:

Level 1 - a user identifies with names, nationality and country of residence.

Level 2 - ID and facial image are required to allow withdrawals and more volumes to be processed

Level 3 - additional documents are requested to enable the user to trade with higher volumes.

*Unlimited -  providing additional documentation for enabling high-volume withdrawals.

*Regardless of the verification level, the Compliance Department may request additional documentation/explanations, if some concerns regarding the legality of a transaction occur.
